This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when you purchase products from OBIATEC's Electronics Test Site, operated by OBIATEC SARL AU (“we”, “our”, “us”, "OBIATEC").
1. Payment Method
- All payments are made by Cash on Delivery (COD).
- This means you only pay for your order when it is delivered to you.
2. Refusing Delivery
- If you choose not to accept the order at the time of delivery, no payment will be collected and the order will be canceled.
- In this case, no refund is necessary.
3. Returns After Payment
If you have accepted and paid for your order upon delivery, you may still request a return under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all tags, manuals, or accessories.
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics, personal care, undergarments).
- Customized or personalized products.
4. Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will refund you in cash or via another method agreed upon at the time of return.
- Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
- A wrong item being delivered.
- A defective or damaged product.
5. Exchanges
- Where possible, you may choose to exchange the returned product for another item of equal value.
- If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference upon delivery.
- If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded to you.
