Delivery Fee Policy

This Delivery Fee Policy explains how delivery charges are applied for orders placed on OBIATEC's Electronics Test Site (“the Site”), operated by OBIATEC SARL AU (“we,” “our,” “us”).
1. Delivery Area
- We currently deliver within the territory of Morocco only.
- Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
2. Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery fees apply to all orders unless otherwise stated on the Site.
- The delivery fee amount depends on:
- City or region of delivery.
- Order weight or volume (when applicable).
- The exact delivery fee for your order will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
3. Free Delivery Promotions
- From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions (for example, on orders above a certain value or during special campaigns).
- Conditions of such promotions will be clearly communicated on the Site.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery times within Morocco are usually 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery address.
- Major cities (e.g., Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fez, Tangier) typically receive deliveries within 2 to 3 business days.
- More remote areas may require up to 5 business days.
- While we make every effort to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, force majeure events).
5. Failed Deliveries
- If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer absence, the customer may be contacted to reschedule delivery.
- Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
6. Changes to Delivery Fees
- We reserve the right to update delivery fees at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.
